Gnosiso Labs provides AI-powered digital solutions including, but not limited to, web design and development, custom AI tools, brand identity design, business automation, analytics, and growth strategy services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal agreed between the Company and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreements.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: • Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website • Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code to the website

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Gnosiso Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as agreed in the project proposal. All underlying tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of Gnosiso Labs.

Clients are responsible for: • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver services • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines • Ensuring that any materials, logos, content, or assets provided to us do not infringe on any third-party rights • Making payments on time as per agreed schedules Delays caused by the client's failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project timeline extensions and additional charges.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • Projects require a 50% advance payment before work commences • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified • Late payments may attract interest charges of 2% per month Refunds are not provided once work has commenced, except at the sole discretion of Gnosiso Labs in exceptional circumstances.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, client data, and project details. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gnosiso Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific results from our services, although we always work to the highest standards to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
